Trying to Apply for IVC

I'm trying to apply as a new student for IVC but the site won't let me enter my credentials for the OpenCCC user name and password. It keeps saying, "We could not find that username/password. Please ensure you are entering your OpenCCC systemwide account credentials. Try again."


That statement is false because I just created the account and on the normal OpenCCC website I can log in with no problem.


Please help me figure out why I cannot login to my OpenCCC account via the IVC application page.

    I am sorry to hear that you are not able to access your account. When you have a moment, can you call our helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836 so that one of our Agents can verify that you have your correct username/password.
