What’s Happening?

On August 1, is moving to a new online platform that has all the same features and benefits of our existing support community, plus so much more. Users will find their account and profile information intact, as well as all discussion threads, category pages, and announcement posts.

Password Reset Process

To ensure your account information is kept private and secure, the first time you visit the new community you'll be required to reset your account password. To make this straightforward process even easier, we’ll send you an email reminder on or before the cutover date with a link to the site, a simple password reset instructions and helpful “how-to” videos.
