Highest math/English classes

In the application it asks for the highest completed math/English class that I have taken, do I put my 11th grade classes since they are completed? (I'm a senior)

    Yes, please include completed classes only when you complete the Education portion of your enrollment application.  Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

    I assume that means passed with a C or Higher, correct?

    That will depend on if your high school considers D's passing. Once your application is completed, your college will determine if you will need to retake the course for a higher grade depending on your major and your educational goals.
