The process to apply on the CCC link is worth less

Everytime.i click the link to create a new account on the CCC it takes me to no where. Only says I need a email account to link to it, but gives nowhere to put mine in or to continue creating an acct and applying so that i can register for my classes. Im so frustrated it makes me want to just quit again. This shouldnt be so hard to do. It's a college! Make it more user friendly! This process just to get to where I can call a counselor and add a class impossible!

    Hi Jillian,

    I am sorry to hear that you have not been able to create your account and I apologize for that. Please follow the instructions below to create your account and apply to your college. If you need help with this process, call our helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836 so that we can assist you and walk you thru everything from start to finish. We are always available 24/7 seven days a week. 

    1.) Please begin at CCCApply.org 
    2.) From the drop down menu on the right hand side select the college you are applying to, and click on the green 'Apply' link, you will be directed the college’s Admissions page. 
    3.) Select the online application link(s) on the Admissions page, you will then be directed to OpenCCC. 
    4.) Select 'Create an Account.' Account creation is a one-time process, please save account information for future application submissions with OpenCCC.
    5.) After creating an OpenCCC account please click on the 'Continue' tab, you will then be directed to the 'My Applications' page. 
    6.) Select 'Start a New Application' link to begin online application.

    create an account link leads to a page which doesnt let you create an account

    i am using my iphone. is your site compatibke with iphone?

    The website is totally compatible with iphones along with other smart phones. If you are unable to create your account, you'll need help with this process which we have Agents standing by at our helpdesk ready to help you. You just need to call  1-877-247-4836.

    The support team [email protected] CCC help line is a joke. I have been trying to register for a month now. They have been rude and zero help. They just tell you to contact the school and thats next to impossible right now. HELP PLEASE!
