Keep getting error message "cannot apply twice for the same term"

First time filling out application for SBCC. Error message keeps popping up after "Enrollment Information" page
  • You may not apply twice for the same term at this college. An in-progress or submitted application to this college and term exists. To see the duplicate application and its status, Click My Applications.
However, clicking "My Applications" does not show in progress application and leads me to start over, and the problem starts again.

    In this case, since the "my application" is not showing any or current in progress application and you continue to run into the same error message over and over again, it would be best to give our helpdesk a call at 1-877-247-4836 so that we can better assist you.
