So you attempted to sign in to your account over and over again using an incorrect username and or password. For security reasons, the system locked the account preventing any more login attempts. Usually the account will be locked for two hours and after so you can then attempt to sign in again. I would suggest that in this case, you call the 24/7 OpenCCC helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836 to get help with your correct username and password. Once you get your correct username and password, you will then be able to sign into your account successfully.0
