    Hello Kiara,

According to my understanding, when you are tentatively approved for your BOG fee waiver, it means that you been approved however they are wanting to double check and verify all your documents again and if there is something that they find or need to request from you then they have that moment to withdraw their decision/approval. So in other words, your Bog Fee Waiver is approved pending all verification of documents and proofs.

As far as to know exactly how long this will take to be approved, I recommend that you contact your colleges financial aid office and speak to one of their dedicated staff member for the answer. I hope this answers your question and please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any more.
