search operator

Please change your search operator to "AND".  When I search http://cvc.edu/courses/?q=%22business%20analysis%22&loc=91748&prefer_adt=1&order=-relevance%2Ctitle&limit=50&segment%5B%5D=ccc, it searches for either of my keywords instead of both.
