I accepted an offer of admission from Chapman University after already submitting an application for Irvine Valley College so I was wondering how I could rescind this application.

Hello,

In this situation you do not have to cancel an application to the college. If you have any type of concerns regarding your submitted application you should get into contact with Irvine Valley Colleges Admissions and Records office (949-451-5220).

Hello Alyssa,

Los Rios Community College District only allows students to apply once per semester. When you are registering for a course you are given the option to 'add a college' you will need to get into contact with Sac City College (916-558-2351) so they can assist you with this process of registering for courses at their college.

Hi Brandon,

To answer your question, you do not have the ability to cancel an application once it was successfully submitted. Now if you are simply wanting to delete your application because you choose not to attend that college at that time, there is no need for any further action from you.

When you are ready to start college, you will be required to submit another admissions application, and complete other steps to enrollment (unless you have already completed those in the past) before you will be able to enroll in classes.

If you have any other questions please feel free to ask.
